Little Lambs Learning Center

This contract is a binding form between ____________________________ and _______________________ and the facility my children are authorized to attend Ragin Preparatory Christian Academy Little Lambs Learning Center. The children who I authorize to attend this facility are as listed below:

The weekly fee for this facility is $ 210  a week for children 30 months and under,$200 a week for children 3 years to 5 years old and $85 a week for half day/afterschool programs (8am-11:30am). If your child is part of are after school care please give the name of the school your child will be coming from __________________________________________. This facility will give a military discount to those who are able to provide proof of service.  I also understand that this price is subject to change at any time. If the price for this facility changes, I will be notified in writing. If another price has been agreed upon, other than the listed price, please list this price below on the paper, and 

I understand that a late fee of $5 per minute will be added to my bill, for every time I am late picking up my child. I understand that payments for the week are due on Friday and are considered late by Monday 6am and a $35 late fee applies. I understand that I must provide a 2 weeks written notice to end this contract with Ragin Preparatory Christian Academy Little Lambs Learning Center, if I fail to provide this I will be charged for the remainder of the child’s weeks, until 2 week notice is given if not paid in full i will be taken to court and all court costs will be added to my past due balance. I understand that my child may not attend this facility more than 10 in a half hours a day. I understand that this facility is open from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM. I may not drop my child/children off before 6:00 AM.
I understand the security policies warrant me to show identification and give password to pick-up my child. I also understand that the Registration fee is non-refundable and Ragin Preparatory Christian Academy Little lambs Learning Center may terminate this contract for any reason. 
I understand that Ragin Preparatory Christian Academy Little Lambs Learning Center has a zero-tolerance policy for corporal punishment. Under no circumstance will corporal punishment be used on my child. I understand the policies outlined in this center, and I agree to this center's discipline policy.
